He began with a vision of a company that would thrive on the values of hard-work, fairness, and integrity. With only seven people and a modest section of warehouse in west Atlanta, Liberty Furniture opened its doors selling only wood chairs and laminate table tops. Steadily, the company introduced more casual dining styles and the vision that was Liberty began to take form. Early on, when Liberty could only afford a basement level showroom in High Point, Mr. Brian would take chairs out to the street in order to entice customers. This initiative and passion for success is visible to this day and is at the very heart of Liberty. Liberty Furniture is a dedicated provider of all wood products including bedroom, dining, entertainment, occasional and home office categories. Our products are developed using years of knowledge coupled with a vision of the future. By working with industry leading designers and top tier factories, Liberty is well positioned to provide quality products at a great value. We use high-quality wood with the best veneers and conduct an extensive, detail-oriented finishing process, including some level of distressing. In addition, we build our products with high-level hardware to ensure durability. Liberty offers the flexibility of mixable direct container shipping and distribution centers located in Atlanta and Chicago. The result of our Supply Chain program is our ability to meet fill rates with the highest of standards. The warehouse and assembly plants ensure the flow and assembly of specific items such as entertainment units and chairs are optimized. Yes, you can place and order; and yes, we will deliver. The Classy Home's activities are continuing. Our delivery times are accurate to the fine of our expertise, however state-level and national-level closure decisions can also have an effect on a few orders. We are trying to do our exceptional best to be as accurate as feasible. You could find updated shipping instances on the product detail web page for every object and while you are checking out.
What's the status of my order and delivery? Can I change the address on my order?You can track your order and deliveries from the Track Order on our site. Once your order has shipped, you can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.
Why are some items taking longer to ship?With many states issuing stay-at-home orders due to covid-19, some of our partners have needed to reduce their staff notably. That means warehouses have taken longer than ordinary to get your order on a truck. We've done our best to make certain that our delivery estimates are correct, but our delivery chain has had a few exceptions while sudden activities including climate and warehouse closures have not on time deliveries. We are doing the whole lot possible to make certain the safety of everybody in our community and we appreciate your patience.
Can I still make returns?Yes, though there may be some delays as our vendors continue to comply with local or state regulations at their warehouses. Returns can be initiated by you in your account on theclassyhome.com.

What is The Classy Home doing to keep customers and employees safe?The Classy Home is committed to ensuring the safety of both our customers and employees. We are strictly following WHO guidance to protect our employees. Using sanitizer & masks, keeping our warehouses clean, allowed employees to work from home where possible. We've also instructed our suppliers to follow WHO guidance at their warehouses.
Is it possible to reduce contact with delivery guys or driver?Yes. The Classy Home's delivery partners have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer's doorstep and stepping back. ID check is performed at a distance. You can also choose a safe location where the delivery staff can leave your package.
